We have been a client of Slater Heelis for the past 12 years. In that time we have primarily and mainly dealt with the corporate and HR departments. However, in past 3 years we have set up several companies that focus on property work, primarily lending money for use by property developers, and we have mainly dealt with Jay.
In last 3 years of dealing with Jay, we find him to be, by a considerable distance, the most responsive and practical solicitor we have encountered. This gives us a USP when attracting new clients for our mezzanine finance business. We have not yet found him to be a bottleneck in any of our projects and we have found his advice to be well considered and communicated in a way that makes complex issues easy for us to understand.

Great commercial solicitors
Jay has helped me with many land purchases and property sales.
