I cannot thank Anthony Le enough! I had a matter where I had a dispute with my previous solicitors (over costs....) and they came up with a Court judgement against me, served me a statutory demand, and was going for bankruptcy petition against me. I contacted Slater Heelis and Anthony Le took on the matter. He thoroughly went through the whole case pointing out things that were not right in the way the said judgment was obtained in the first place, and the way the statutory demand was served, etc. Anthony worked tirelessly day and night in the matter, as I sometimes received emails after the usual work hours. Long story short, we had two hearings. One was only 15 minutes due to the Court not having enough time. The second and final hearing the Judge commended Anthony Le's argument saying it was a very good argument! He also stated that Anthony had given his client (me) a Rolls-Royce Service. The Judge then ordered that the judgment should be set aside, the claim struck out, the bankruptcy petition be dismissed, and Statutory demand set aside. And he ordered the order side to pay 75% of my total cost. What a win!! I cannot thank Anthony Le enough!
