At the start of my journey I had no experience of solicitors and I was going nowhere with the situation I was in; bewilderment probably sums it up. Speaking with professionals can quite daunting and intimidating at the best of times, but when you're going though a big life situation it can be hard to trust that people have your best interests at heart. Chris quickly built rapport with my family and I felt he took the time to really understand my situation. He was professional, empathetic, responsive and a real advocate for my individual needs. He often translated legal jargon for me too in a way that I could understand and was always on hand to answer questions. I felt represented and now, looking back, I couldn't imagine being supported by anyone else. Chris has allowed me to come to a positive conclusion which has allowed me to move on with my life. The Vertual Solicitor
I have not met Chris Bishop in person and have only dealt with him electronically via email and phone, then mid Covid a meeting via Windows Teams but I know that he has dealt the issues in a most professional and empathetic manner with a more than satisfactory outcome.
