Claire obtained her Law degree in 2007 from Staffordshire University and completed the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law in Chester in 2008. She qualified as a Solicitor in February 2017 at a small firm in Liverpool and at that stage had 8 years’ experience of working predominantly on personal injury matters. In 2018 she transferred those skills to retrain as a Court of Protection Solicitor at a firm in Liverpool. Claire now specialise solely in Court of Protection cases including accident settlements, Panel Deputy appointments, attorney matters, lay deputy application assistance and working with clients who have suffered brain injuries.

Knowledgeable and Kind

Both Zoe Peeling and Claire MacKenzie helped me through a very difficult few years negotiating the estates of my parents. Both were excellent in their own areas of law, helpful, kind, knowledgeable and professional. I wouldn't have been able to deal with the complexities of the law without them. In our roles as financial planners we evaluate our clients current financial situation, and determining their short and long term financial goals, then creating a strategic plan to meet these goals and objectives. Part of our life planning process is discussing and dealing our eventual death and what our requirements are for dealing with our estate. A will is the only way to make sure your money, property, possessions and investments (known as your estate) go to the people and causes you care about. A will that has been drawn up by professional persons who demonstrate Care and the willingness listen is priceless! We have known and worked alongside Chris Partington for many years, his professionalism and sense of care and willingness to go that extra mile for and on behalf of our clients, has been reflected in the strength of our client relationship.
