Excellent service
Ashleigh acted for me on two matters: a problematic historical probate case, and arranging my aunt's probate. At all times she was approachable, helpful and highly professional; she explained the issues clearly and I felt I was in good hands. I was kept informed by email (my preferred method of communication) throughout the process. I would highly recommend.

Probate
I have used Slater Heelis before, but this was the first time I had dealt with Ashleigh. From the outset, Ashleigh was so professional and after providing a quote and explaining clearly the steps to obtain a Grant of Probate and dealing with IHT, I felt in very good hands. Ashleigh's communication was excellent and nothing seemed to much trouble or trivial. Even whilst we were waiting for a number of weeks for the Grant of Probate to be sent back, Ashleigh would still check in with me. Ashleigh was also in contact with her colleague, Helen Young who needed the Grant to deal with the sale of the property. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ashley and Slater Heelis to others.

Fantastic support on probate
We contacted Slater Heelis for help with a complex probate application. Right from the start they were completely supportive, really good at communicating with us and professional at every stage. It was important to have a single point of contact there and Ashleigh, the solicitor who dealt with us, was really on the case. We really appreciate all the support she gave us and the claim was processed in record time. Given this was a diffcult time for us it really helped to have someone who was not only efficient but also dealt with us with compassion and consideration. We would recommend them to anyone and we're so glad we made the choice to go with them.
