After selling my first home, I asked for some support to process and lodge the relevant documentation to claim back the additional rate of stamp duty land tax I had paid when purchasing my new home.
Mike Daly, supported by Ozlem helped me with this activity. From start to finish the process was made really clear to me, I knew exactly what needed to be done and what bits I needed to take care of and by when.
I only use Rowlinsons for my legal support and have dealt with Mike and Ozlem for several activities now and each and every time it is the same, absolutely fantastic, thanks.

Following the sale of my previous home, I asked for Michael Daly to support me with claiming back the additional rate of stamp duty land tax paid when I purchased my new home.
As always with Michael the advice was clear and concise making me feel very comfortable with what needed to be done.

I just want to say that Alicia and Cerys were absolutely amazing, and couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried. We are first time buyers and the process was extremely overwhelming but Alicia and Cerys made everything easy to understand. Honestly, I am so grateful for them.
