Although sale process was not straightforward - ( buyer withdrew, then re-entered, wanted completion date brought forward, then to delay it, then changed it, and buyer’s solicitor “unresponsive”) - Lauren and Claire managed our sale efficiently, professionally, and with friendly courtesy. They kept us fully informed and gave good advice throughout.

Lauren Power and Claire Roberts
I would love to say a huge thank you to both Lauren Power and Claire Roberts for their help with the purchase of a property. They were very helpful and extremely professional when advising me about two previous properties which had fallen through, and their patience with allowing me to wait for another property was gratefully appreciated (my whole time with Rowlinsons was about 9 months). They were both very quick at responding to emails and keeping me updated with the process. I would definitely recommend Rowlinsons solicitors and I will be going straight to them in the future! Brilliant at Conveyancing
I've had a few experiences with Rowlinsons for conveyancing, and my latest was selling my Late Mum's property. Lauren and Claire were absolutely marvelous. They worked quickly and diligently to make sure everything ran very smoothly. A usually difficult process was made exceptionally easy by them, and they were always on hand to answer any questions. I can very definitely say that if you need a good service for conveyancing, Rowlinsons are second to none.

Highly recommend!
We have moved twice in the last four years and we have used two different solicitors. The first one we had used previously but decided not to use them again. Then we found Lauren at Rowlinsons, we have used many solicitors over the years and Lauren has been the best by far! Lauren and her team during this purchase have had to deal with a lot of issues on our journey, two failed purchases and then finally our forever home. Lauren and her team have been absolutely amazing and we will never look for a different solicitor again! If you are looking for a reliable solicitor who has excellent communication and execution skills look no further than Rowlinsons. Highly recommended!

An excellent and efficient service
From initial instruction to the mortgage completion, Lauren and Ross ensured that we were kept up to date with all the requirements and requests from the Society.

Excellent and efficient service
We initially thought our mortgage for a self-build was very straight-forward, but quickly realised that it wouldn’t be.
Lauren explained all the various steps to us very comprehensively, as well as remaining in close contact throughout.
This ensured that the application went through smoothly, and all queries from the Society were presented to us quickly, along with explanations and guidance.
