My husband and I have recently had our wills revised

I am so grateful for the support/advice I received from Megan Renshaw in resolving Probate issues in relation to my parent's estate. Meeting with Megan gave me the confidence to write and challenge a national company specialising in Probate. Account; errors had occurred on their part and it was evident that concrete evidence provided by me was having no impact. As advised, i requested updated accounts - the process to resolution took 4 months. Following this I sent a letter of complaint, this triggered an investigation resulting in a full apology. Significantly, this company has now amended its practice to provide an opportunity for customers to speak to their case manager.
I am relieved this nightmare ,that involved 2 family bereavements, is over. I am so pleased Megan listened to me and helped me to resolve this.

Excellent Will/Trust writing experience
My 85 year old mum needed to make some amendments to her Will (originally written by a different solicitors office). Megan had been recommended to us and exceeded our expectations. The service we received from Megan from the outset to completion was professional, knowledgeable, kind, respectful, compassionate and extremely patient. Megan made what can be difficult and emotive to discuss, in writing a Will, a pleasurable experience and one in which both my Mum and I feel very satisfied with the result.

Sensitive, Professional support
Following my wife`s diagnosis with a terminal illness, we were motivated to finally put our affairs in order via preparation of Wills. Having daughters with learning difficulties made the task especially challenging in that we also needed to protect their future benefits when we were no longer around.
Megan proposed an approach, explained it in plain English and guided us through to completion whereby each of our individual Wills delivered the right outcome for ourselves, our daughters and other beneficiaries.
We were worried that we would get lost in legal jargon but Megan took the time to explain things so we could fully understand what was what - Thanks Megan!!

Excellent and caring service
We had wills drawn up along with legal agreement’s regarding a house purchase. Both were slightly complicated by inheritance tax planning issues. We received advice from Megan Renshaw at Rowlinsons. Megan was highly knowledgeable, very responsive, actively listened to our situation and found solutions which delivered the outcome we wished for. In short, she was brilliant…. and, having spoken initially to a number of other solicitors and advisors, I can say that we definitely made the right decision. As for fees, it always feels expensive when you need legal advice and I’m sure no-one is ever really happy paying them - I know I’m not! However, I feel the amount we paid was good (and competitive) for the service we received.
