From the very first communication with Jazmine she has been amazing. She has guided me through my house sale seamlessly and helped me endlessly with my new purchase. I can honestly say that from start to finish it has been a pleasure. I was so nervous never having sold a house before but she went above and beyond to keep things simple for me to understand and got things done so efficiently, I was blown away. Jazmine is professional, approachable and just genuinely one of the kindest people I have had the pleasure to work with. I completed on my house purchase yesterday and I can honestly say that I was supported at every step of the way by Jazmine. I'm a first time buyer and for the most part I was handling this purchase myself. My parents provided moral support and (occasionally) helpful commentary from their respective locations in Spain and the Lake District, but I needed every bit of professional support I could get and Rowlinsons definitely delivered! As I was referred to Rowlinsons via my estate agents and a conveyancing onboarding service, I initially wasn't sure what to expect, but was immediately reassured when Jazmine was assigned to me. She was so friendly and efficient and able to answer every question I had about the buying process. She was especially invaluable with chasing and follow ups when it came to other parts of the chain being delayed. I highly recommend her and Rowlinsons as a whole for house purchasing / conveyancing, particularly if you're a first time buyer finding everything overwhelming.

Jazmine Hume has been nothing short of exceptional for me over the last 2 years dealing with a transfer of equity and house sale. We've both times had horrible solicitors on the other side, Jazmine has continued to chase, returning everything very quickly and keeping it moving. Especially in times we would go over a month without hearing anything. Can't recommend her and Rowlinsons enough!
