Donna qualified as a solicitor in 2004 after completing an LLB degree in Law with French Language. She has spent her entire legal career at Rowlinsons, having started as a Trainee Solicitor, and has been a Director for over 10 years.
She is an active member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners ( https://www.step.org/ ) demonstrating specialist knowledge in her field, and won the prestigious national ‘Student of the Year’ award while gaining her STEP accreditation.
Donna specialises in the preparation of wills and trusts, estate administration, inheritance tax advice and elderly client issues, taking on more complex matters including advising business owners and high net worth clients as well as overseeing the private client team. She regularly speaks at North Wales Police Pre-Retirement seminars as well local carers’ groups and charities on the importance of will planning and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Making New Wills
Our existing Wills were 20 years old, needed revising and were not in line with current law and best practice. Rowlinsons Solicitors were recommended to us by our Financial Adviser and I have to say it was a great recommendation.
The service from end to end has been delivered in a considered and informative way. The initial meeting established our needs, explained the current legal situation and developed options for us to consider.
The follow up notes and draft Wills, added further detail, reinforced key points made and will act as a very useful reference in the future.
Overall a great service and I would not hesitated to recommend Rowlinsons Solicitors to anyone looking to make or update their Wills.

Powers of attorney and trust work
A rather messy legal family scenario of ours, involving multiple trusts and powers of attorney, that needed moving forwards. Donna was so helpful and patient, explaining the requirements to us in straightforward terms and liaising with us at every step. Highly recommended.

Practical and helpful advice
Excellent and professional advice from Donna, with a focus on coming up with practical solutions. She provided great help in getting me through the process of IHT form-filling following my mother's death plus advice on a deed of variation. I will certainly revert to her for any issues to deal with in future.

Probate advice and application
