transfer of deed
Attwells managed my transfer of deed of my property with good communications and competency, at pace. It was a complete change from the firm I used before. Nicola Cannell executed the entire process in a very transparent fashion. I was really impressed, from beginning to end.

Sale of land within the UK and transactions undertaken in NZ
Our transactions have not been straightforward and have been dealt with a standard of professionalism over and above what we would have expected. Our dealings could be best described as being on a friend to friend basis which made interaction between both parties very reasuring

Conveyancing
We instructed Attwells in the aftermath of the failure of the online firm we had been using. They could not have been more efficient kind responsive or effective.
It started with a seemingly simple thing, having an actual person answering the telephone who was knowledgable about the firm and their business. Within seconds we were speaking to someone who could and did advise us how to proceed.
They dealt with our now extremely urgent conveyancing quickly and professionally and we are in no doubt that without them the deal would have fallen through. In our chain we were the only people who could directly contact the person handling our file and in fact others were calling Attwells for assistance in reaching their solicitors. We never failed to speak to someone who could respond to our queries.
We couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
Finally I would like to add that the fee we paid was not that much higher than the online provider but in terms of value for money it was ridiculously good value.
