Implementation of new will & 2 LPAs (following husband's death)
Kerry Ricketts has been immensely helpful in assisting me to draft a new will. This was to replace my existing one after my husband died.
At the same time, it was agreed that it would be sensible for the 2 x LPAs to be put in place for the future. I had help and advice in filling them out and was kept informed despite a long wait from the OPG in getting them certified.

Just what was needed at a difficult time!
Because of personal circumstances the process was not straightforward and took longer due to those issues. Throughout I found an understanding and empathy that I needed in order to achieve the outcomes required. That support included a willingness to clarify and explain the legal language and mechanisms in plain English. I am most grateful.
