Not a good experience at all my solicitor wasn’t very nice to us we were first time sellers, whenever we asked our solicitor for updates as we hadn’t heard anything in weeks we got short replies with one even being “how longs a piece of string” very unprofessional even my estate agent was not impressed with how she spoke to us. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else due to our experience.

I have just used Maitland and Walker for a unusual property sale .
I have to say I was very impressed with the way Ella handled the whole sale, keeping me informed at every point. At the same time Joe was handling part of the agreement , and they both worked very well together. I will definitely use Ella and Maitland Walker again.
