Instructed Jessie to deal with paying my ex partner out of my property, emailed a number of local firms but Jessie’s prompt replies and great communication swayed me.

Kirsty kept us regularly updated and negotiated with other parties to save us unnecessary costs through two attempts to sell the property. A potentially painful process (due to others in the chain) was, to some extent, mitigated by her actions.

Difficult circumstances - Kind & knowledgeable advice
Ben dealt with matters relating to Dad's passing. His advice & guidance was kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable, especially relating to myself living abroad and how that would affect the trustee part of the will, etc. Thank you to all the people who we encountered at Maitland Walker. We engaged Kirsty when we bought a leasehold flat... apparently with a new lease. Not the case! What should have been a relatively simple exercise turned into a very complex four months.
