Service above and beyond
We engaged Kirsty when we bought a leasehold flat... apparently with a new lease. Not the case! What should have been a relatively simple exercise turned into a very complex four months. She was absolutely excellent and is extremely thorough, calm, highly professional and proactive. We would use her again and recommend her without reservation. Thank you Kirsty!

Very accommodating and thorough.
We used Kirsty Trevis at Maitland Walker LLP Minehead branch and were very happy woth the aervice. She was very responsive to all oir queries and everything was turned around quickly. I found them very thorough and happy to put things in simple language we could understand as some of the legal language went straight over our heads. They sorted everything for us and kept all the parties well informed and updated.

I'll be back
Kirsty was brilliant, she responded to all of my queries quickly and effectively. She delt with all ossues as they arose really well. When Kirsty was out of office I contacted Nicky who looked after me well too.
I never felt ignored, I didn't have to chase, like I have with solicitors in the past.
They answered my questions well and always picked up the phone.
I will use Kirsty, Nicky and Maitland Walker again.

Purchase of a Garage
This is the second time I have used Kirsty Trevis to guide me through all the legal jargon of selling a bungalow and then purchasing a Garage.
I cannot praise her enough, she has kept me fully informed of the proceedings as things have progressed, and has helped to guide me when I haven't understood some some the technicalities.

First class conveyancing
This was actually my 10th property move since 1969. I can honestly say that I have found Kirsty Trevis the best I have encountered. And not only her; there were odd occasions when she had to be absent but other very well qualified Maitland Walker staff were available to stand in. No hesitation in recommending.

Professionalism in practice
