Speeding offence / potential disqualification
Frank was amazing - clearly has the experience of many years behind him, but he also is a gentlemen who made me feel at ease through the time before and on the day I had to attend court.

I was delighted with the outcome tday because by setting aside the conviction at Mold you had no knowledge of your points total reduced by 3 which meant with the 3 points awarded today you were not at risk of a ban under the totting up procedure. Totting up - potential driving ban
Frank fully understood my personal & family situation and pulled an incredibly thorough statement together. This was well recieved by the courts and resulted in 3 points and a small fine. Losing my licence would have had devastational impact on my family and livelihood.

very thorough and professional
