Exemplary service
There is little I can add to using the term ‘exemplary’. Karen, the legal assistant, was professional throughout the conveyancing process. Prompt, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Always ‘on top’ of all the issues and communication with the other party’s solicitor. A seamless process which would, otherwise, have been more difficult without Karen.

We initially chose KTP Solicitors because of the competitive rates, we were selling the house and garage of my late father. The service provided by Paul Hinton was superb, he kept us informed all the way through both processes (one using an estate agent and the other a private sale), I felt he was very thorough and ensured we understood all the steps and any legal 'jargon'. Whenever I needed to contact him the reply was very quick, this was exceptionally important as I live in another part of the UK so contact was key especially when it came to signing and transferring documents. Summary - Would we use again - yes!, Value for money? - Absolutely.
