Commercial Lease Dispute
We engaged MSHB, with whom we have a 40+ year relationship, to collect unpaid rent from an uncooperative tenant at the end of lease.
David Phinn and I worked together as a team for over a year to produce a successful result, including having our defaulting tenant pay part of our legal costs as allowed as per the lease.

Tenant Eviction
I have been dealing with David Phinn of Miller Samuel Hill Brown LLP, initially through a Letting Agency agent, regarding the eviction of a tenant from my property. As the agent was less than helpful, I was, ultimately, in direct contact with David.

I cannot recommend this company enough
When I had a problem with my tennant of my comercial property who had decided to close up shop and leave my premises. I contacted miller Samuel Hill brown .Mr David phinn helped to resolve my issue within 6 weeks with a £25,000 out of court settlement
