Extremely helpful

I had an urgent requirement for a variation to a licence, Lewis Barn & his fantastic team couldn't have been more helpful.

They dealt with my request thoroughly and with the urgency required to get the result I needed.

Always a pleasure to deal with, thoroughly recommend.

Thanks again.

Alcohol personal license issues.

Overall I’ve had a great experience dealing with all the team at Miller Samuel Hill Brown Llp. I explained my situation to them, which they understood full and took my issue to the relevant licensing authority and were able to overturn a correct decision quickly and without fuss.

Premises Drinks Licence

The site Premises Alcohol Licence had become outdated with the wrong address for the company name being wrong. I contacted MSHB with the issue and Lewis Barn helped me to resolve the issue with a lot of understanding to give me the confidence to get the issue fixed with Aberdeenshire Council.
Really nice to work with and I am not easily pleased !!

Outstanding Legal Support – Chloe Went Above and Beyond!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Chloe Crawford from MSHB Legal during the process of securing our alcohol license for our venue, and we couldn't be more grateful for her exceptional service. Chloe and the team went above and beyond at every stage, demonstrating remarkable expertise, dedication, and attention to detail.

Her proactive approach and genuine commitment to our case made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless. Chloe was always available to answer our questions, no matter how small, and consistently kept us updated, ensuring we were well-informed and confident throughout.

It's rare to find someone who not only understands the legal complexities but also genuinely cares about their clients success. Thanks to the teams hard work and diligence, we successfully obtained our license, and we cannot thank her enough.

We highly recommend Chloe and the team at MSHB Legal to anyone seeking outstanding legal support. She truly went the extra mile for us, and we’re incredibly appreciative.

Thank you again for your incredible support!

Excellent Legal Service

From our first meeting with Tracy Dempsey we discussed the legal procedures and a route plan of what to expect, the meeting left us with a feeling that we were in good hands
Throughout the process the communication was excellent and the details always clear and concise leaving us with no doubts about what was going on and what we needed to do
I was impressed from the first day to to last, obviously it was a stressful time for us but the work that Tracy did for us alleviated much of that stress leaving us with a clear head to concentrate on personal details

Selling without the headache

We recently sold a property and worked with the residential team at MSHB. From start to finish we were confident we were in good hands. Things we anticipated, and those that we didn't, were dealt with efficiently. I cannot recommend Ward and his team enough.

You know the drill, if you could give minus a star, hell is where you would be! Ms Claire McCulloch took 2 year's & £3,035 to have a Trustee signature removed from a family Trust, which I actually paid myself the sum of £100. The reason it took 2 yrs was Ms Claire McCulloch said " I still haven't had any correspondence from the Trustee" I then personally emailed him, his response " Your Lawyer is a liar, do you want me to take over & give her a chase, free of charge " I know I shouldn't be laughing, but can't help myself, you hire a Lawyer then you have got to give them the Lawyer's email address that she couldn't find, that your trying to get a signature from, it was worth every penny to tell her how you do the job! I wouldn't even let her run me a bath!"
