Excellent support from Calum MacLean

I had the pleasure of being supported by Calum MacLean recently, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for his professionalism, helpful demeanour, pragmatic approach, and extensive knowledge in employment law.

From our first discussion, Calum demonstrated a deep understanding of the intricacies of employment and contract law, leaving me confident that I was in capable hands. Calum provided insightful guidance and explained the legal intricacies in a clear and understandable manner.

In addition to being professional and helpful, Calum's pragmatic approach was invaluable. He assessed the situation realistically, offering practical solutions that were both legally sound and tailored to my specific needs. This pragmatic approach not only saved time but also ensured a positive outcome for my case.

I wholeheartedly recommend Calum, if you're looking for a lawyer who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely cares about your case, Calum McLean is the right choice.

Employment law advice

Having required some legal advice concerning a redundancy process I reach out to this firm on the recommendation of a friend.
Ruth adopts a very measured and confident approach which put us at ease.
She digested the narrative well and was able gain an excellent understanding very quickly.
She made herself available at all times during the process and represented us in a first class fashion at all times.
Ultimately her advice was crucial during the progress for which I am most grateful.
I would have no hesitation in reaching out again in future.

Good legal services

I recently approached MSHB to create a trust for me following a successful claim recently (Also represented by the firm) and Laura Jamieson was my solicitor. We identified that the right outcome would be for the firm to act as my trustee to protect my best interests around means-tested benefits. Laura did a great job in creating the trust quickly and getting everything sorted for me, I was very confident in the work she provided and believe she had my best interests in mind at all times. I have used Laura's services before for a power of attorney and she did a great job then. I use MSHB LLP for all of my legal services in the first instance because of the good relationship that this firm has its with its clients.

You know the drill, if you could give minus a star, hell is where you would be! Ms Claire McCulloch took 2 year's & £3,035 to have a Trustee signature removed from a family Trust, which I actually paid myself the sum of £100. The reason it took 2 yrs was Ms Claire McCulloch said " I still haven't had any correspondence from the Trustee" I then personally emailed him, his response " Your Lawyer is a liar, do you want me to take over & give her a chase, free of charge " I know I shouldn't be laughing, but can't help myself, you hire a Lawyer then you have got to give them the Lawyer's email address that she couldn't find, that your trying to get a signature from, it was worth every penny to tell her how you do the job! I wouldn't even let her run me a bath!"
