Transfer of Licence
Chloe was amazing and made the whole process of transferring the licence over very easy for us. She was very professional and efficient at all times and kept us fully informed through the whole process with regular updates. I found her to be very approachable, friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend her highly enough and would definitely use her services again.

Premise and personal licences
The support and guidance provided by Chloe has enabled a seamless transition for our opening of the Campus. Co-ordinating the premise licences for all 3 of our buildings has enabled us to fully operate from opening.
The understanding and commitment to our requirements was always at the forefront of the service provided. Chloe cultivated a safe environment from our first meeting that allowed for all questions to be asked without judgement, which ensured we had a full understanding of the process throughout.

Excellent Service
We first approached Miller Samuel Hill Brown Licencing in 2022 to assist us in applying for our premises licence, this was our first business venture and we had no idea how the process worked and how long it would take. They were fantastic, helped us every step of the way, took the time to explain things clearly, kept in regular contact with us and provided updates, even listened to me ranting and panicking when a few delays and problems arose and were so calm and reassuring. They also allowed us to pay our fees in instalments which was a huge relief and really helped us manage our business finances. We will definitely continue using their services if needed and would highly recommend them.

We approached Miller Samuel Hill Brown through recommendation and after initially struggling to advance licencing applications with our local authority ourselves.
