Alcohol personal license issues.
Overall I’ve had a great experience dealing with all the team at Miller Samuel Hill Brown Llp. I explained my situation to them, which they understood full and took my issue to the relevant licensing authority and were able to overturn a correct decision quickly and without fuss.

Premises Drinks Licence
The site Premises Alcohol Licence had become outdated with the wrong address for the company name being wrong. I contacted MSHB with the issue and Lewis Barn helped me to resolve the issue with a lot of understanding to give me the confidence to get the issue fixed with Aberdeenshire Council.
Really nice to work with and I am not easily pleased !!

Nando's working seamlessly with MSHB
Lewis Barn has been brilliant in actioning our licence at Nando's Craigleith retail park. Get service by Hill Brown in general but Lewis deserves extra credit.

Lewis has been extremely helpful in addressing and deal with various issues we have had with the premise license for one of our tenants. Always providing useful information to ensure we are fully compliant and provide us with expert advice to ensure that one of the applications was granted even when at times the process could be very testing.

A wealth of knowledge and experience!

We approached Miller Samuel Hill Brown through recommendation and after initially struggling to advance licencing applications with our local authority ourselves. Getting what you need done ASAP
Audrey at Hill Brown solicitors gave the most professional, clear and most importantly fast and efficient service.
Our particular need to utilise Hill Brown solicitors was time sensitive and every day would have been a loss of profit. Audrey quoted a 7-8 working day SLA but with Audrey helping in anyway possible from returning emails after 22:00pm to also aiding in work to personally change plans needed to be submitted the work was completed abs signed off much fast.
I can not recommend Audrey and Hill Brown solicitors enough.

Above and Beyond
My recent service from this solicitors has been absolutely outstanding. My experience was surrounding licensing in the hospitality industry and whilst it was very important, it wasn’t urgent. However, Audrey at MHSB treated it as if it was and helped us to a great resolution at an incredible pace. The communication at every stage was exemplary, detailed and consistent.
