Excellent service from start to finish
From my first conversation with Gillian, I knew that I was in a safe pair of hands. Gillian was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. It wasn’t the most straightforward sale and there were some anxious moments throughout but Gillian was with me every step of the way. Thankfully everything worked out fine in the end but had it not been for Gillian’s calm reassurance and efficiency I doubt I’d have managed to cope with the stress . Thanks Gillian, you were an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Good advice, patiently given
We have for many decades relied on Michael Samuel for all our legal matters. It has been great to have him to turn to, always helpful and clear. We will miss him in his retirement! We also want to record our thanks to Laura Jamieson for her assistance with our wills. We started out muddled and confused and Laura explained everything calmly and pleasantly. Gillian McKenna was equally useful and pleasant in our property work. This is a very good firm to be with.

Very smooth and straightforward process.
Gillian McKenna acted for us in the sale of our flat, and she did a great job. Gillian was always very quick to respond to email or telephone enquiries, and we never had to chase anything up. We felt very reassured throughout the whole process and it was really helpful that Gillian kept us informed at every step. We received unprompted updates and could relax knowing that the transaction was progressing in a safe pair of hands. I would definitely use Gillian / MSHB again, and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to sell a property in Glasgow.
