I dealt with Teresa Callender in the summer of 2023 in relation to her preparing a Will for my uncle who was poorly at the time. The service Teresa provided was nothing short of outstanding. The process was not without its ups and downs for me (and my uncle) but Teresa was so helpful every step of the way, at what was a difficult time, culminating in a successful Will signing, thanks to her professionalism and kindness. I also was in contact with her secretary, Christine, who was also very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Teresa to any of my friends and family in the future. Thank you Teresa.

Probate and Property Sale
The prospect of dealing with the Estate of a deceased parent which included the sale of property was made a lot easier with both Teresa and Claire on the case. The process of grant of probate and conveyancing when left to these two professional people gives confidence and peace of mind.

One of Suffolk's hidden gems...
I have been using Rudlings services for a good number of years because I have always found their approach to be client facing and to be able to suggest effective ways of determining best solutions. They are very approachable and methodical with their processes and keep me informed at all key stages the project in question. The ability to work directly with A solicitor is a real bonus in my book especially with the consummate professionals at Rudlings. My own experiences of working with this Firm are most favourable. Customer service, efficiency and professionalism.
We have used this firm for two separate legal matters within recent months and found them to be very efficient. Their customer service is fantastic and they do everything they promise to do. Phone calls and e-mails were always returned. Face to face matters were professional and well explained.

Superb Service
Had my will updated due to a change in circumstances.
