Will provision / update
Just a basic update on an existing Will so not a complex task hence limited comments.
The only disappointment for me was the Will copy I received was simply the bound master copy bent back page by page and laid on the copier so pages were slewed showing the binding ribbon. I was expecting a clean professional looking copy printed off the master Word document as with other solicitors.

Thank you for your review and we note that you were generally pleased with the service your received. I think there may have been a misunderstanding about the copy. We can of course provide a copy of the word document, but that would not be able to reproduce the signatures and date, so it would not be a true copy of the signed will. It is for this reason that photocopies are supplied of the original signed and bound version. We apologise for this small misunderstanding.

Help as executor to a will.
Georgina was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and supportive. Georgina guided me in information required and who I needed to inform of the death. Georgina dealt with the legal part of acquiring probate and I was kept updated on progress all the way through. I felt supported and it made the process stress free for me, as I knew Georgina was always there to advise me if needed.

Making new wills
In the first instance we were helped by Isobel, but after some considerable time, when we had heard nothing further, we rang the solicitors, only to be told that Isobel had left, which more or less left us high and dry, and no further forward. We felt we should have been notified. We were then referred to Georgina, who we found to be very helpful and considerate, guiding us sympathetically through many clauses.

Personal Will
The service provided was professional, timely and friendly.
Draft copies were delivered by email, and the few alterations required
were dealt with imediately, and a final draft prepared.
The finished document was neat and accurate in detail.
The lady who dealt with my case was Georgina O'Reilly, a trainee solicitor.
I attended the office for the signing, and witness signatures were provided
by the qualified staff.
Very good experience.

Wills and LPA's
Excellent service and would recommend Jodi and Georgina as somewhere to go to get Wills and LPA's done. Managed process with compassion and made all partied relaxed as we went through it. Home visits very well received and not something I expected but my parents really like that as they felt more comfortable in their own home. Thanks for all you did Colin
