Partner/ Licensed Conveyancer

Tom is an experienced conveyancer and specialises in commercial and residential conveyancing - including sales and purchases of business premises and houses/flats - and in drafting and negotiating leases of business and residential property. He also deals with lease extensions and collective enfranchisement. He is a member of the Society of Licensed Conveyancers and is also a Commissioner for Oaths.
