    I ould highly recommend using Lilac Law for any conveyancing work - I used them for my my re-mortgage and I cannot recommend Lorna Ferguson and the team enough, they have so much legal knowledge!! Communication was 5-star throughout directly with my Solicitor which was refreshing— I was always kept in the loop via email and phone calls. They explained all the legal jargon in plain English, which put my mind at ease as this was the first-time re-mortgaging. Even when a small issue popped up near the end, they resolved it quickly and got the new mortgage through on time. Transparent pricing with no surprises along the way.
