Emily Sadler is a Senior Conveyancing Executive in the New Build Team, based at our Waterfront offices, working on sales, new build purchases, part exchanges, remortgages, and Help to Buy redemptions With a BA in Psychology and Sociology, Emily’s career began as a case progressor for a local authority. After deciding on a huge career change, Emily started at Talbots in an administrator role in February 2020, quickly progressing to Paralegal and now to Senior Conveyancing Executive in our New Build team.

The thought of purchasing my new home on my own filled me with dread especially when there were strict timescales involved for exchange and completion. Great service provided by Lauren and Emily during the sale and buying process. It was definitely a difficult process due to many variables, but Lauren and Emily were proactive in ensuring it moved as fast as possible and were very easy to reach whenever I had questions. If you are looking for solicitors, I would highly recommend them!

Emily Sadler and Lauren Siviter were great in responding back to my emails. They kept me updated. I chose Talbots due to being a great firm and have a good reputation but also being competitive in quotes. I hope Talbots in the future can provide the same competitive quotes again.
