Really impressed with the service we received from Danielle and her team. Not had much experience with solicitors before but from reading up I was expecting to have to chase through the conveyancing etc but we had the opposite experience, she kept us up to date all the way through the process, emails were replied to within minutes and our purchase completed within 4 weeks, we had a very positive experience and will probably use Danielle for any future purchase or sale.

Bannister Preston, in particular Danielle Beard and Harry Oldfield, worked tirelessly to complete a home purchase within 3 weeks during a high pressure time due to the rush for buy-to-let completions. Other solicitors said it was impossible and refused but Bannister Preston achieved it, all the while remaining professional, courteous and covering all the bases. Definitely use them
