House sale and purchase
SP Law worked for us in the selling of our house and the purchase of a new one. Their service was exemplary. They acted professionally and efficiently with good advice and were always helpful and friendly when we called. The transactions went through swiftly which was a great benefit to us!

House selling

House sale
Mark and Karen were smooth and clear in their communication throughout. At times of stress they were reassuring and incredibly useful and clear in their advice. My family regularly use SP Law as our solicitors. And I would most definitely use them again.

Genuinely Reliable and Professional Service
Sp Law have dealt with many things for myself and my family: Wills, POA, Probate and Conveyancing. All have been carried out with due care and professionalism.
There has in every case been a direct line of communication and it was never too much to take the time to explain things.

Property Sale Service
SP Law (Mark Normansell) had diligently and competently handled a house sale for us over 10 years ago when overseas communications were certainly more complicated, and not as fast and easy as today.
We were not disappointed this time either as Mark Normansell ably assisted by Karen Lacey were well organised and handled matters quickly and without fuss. This was despite us once again not being present in the UK for the sale.
All the documents and exchanges required were clearly indicated and followed up, and we had a trouble and worry free sale expertly handled.
The final costs also came in as per the original detailed quotation, which was noted and appreciated.
We would highly recommend Mark Normansell and team at SP Law as professional and reliable Solicitors, and thank them for the excellent work done for us!
