Tamzin Balemah
Client Care Executive
Everyone who reaches out to us is experiencing something unique to them and can often contact us during moments of great change or stress in their lives. With that in mind, I aim to be a friendly voice on the other side of the phone and do what I can to make the process as seamless and easy as possible.
I always strive to offer solutions that suit the needs of the client, and they are always at the forefront of everything I do.
Background.
A career in law attracted me from a young age. I was inspired by how much solicitors can help people, and the courtroom intrigued me. I often find myself learning criminology or studying the news in my spare time – I’m drawn to how the law has evolved over the years and how it can apply to people’s lives when it matters most.
Due to my natural interest, together with my desire to help people, I will be completing my law degree with the Open University alongside working at Britton and Time, aiming to work towards a career as a Solicitor.
Experience.
Working in legal recruitment in the past, I learned a lot about the different areas of law and the roles within a firm. This has set me up to work efficiently, referring clients to the right department straight away and understanding their service needs.
I’ve always worked in customer-facing roles, and love interacting with people. I’m especially drawn to roles where I can help people on a daily basis which is why I’m excited to start my career here at Britton and Time.
