I've been dealing with the firm for two years due to my case being on going. Throughout the two years the communication and support has Been phenomenal especially with my lawyer Pheodan, I have faced many challenges in this period of time personally and legally but my lawyer has been a champion.

Today my case has finally come to a close and I couldn't be happier with the result! My barrister David wood has been another exceptional person throughout the trial period.

I can not recommend Phaedon and his team enough. From my first initial phone call he was extremely professional and attentive with my case. I felt like I was the only person he was dealing with, always making contact with me and updating me even if it was about the smallest of things. A pleasure to deal with and of couse getting the successful outcome that I wanted.

I will not consider using this solicitor again; their primary concern seems to be money. They employ a solicitor advocate named Sean Poulier, whom they tout as a leading lawyer.

Sean Poulier is a disgrace to the profession he claims to represent. He collaborated with the prosecution, sharing personal notes just one day before my trial, leading to last-minute changes in charges. He single-handedly destroyed my POCA case, prompting Keir Monteith KC to express shock when reviewing Poulier's work. Monteith stepped in to fix the mess without charge.

Poulier advised me not to attend court for my final hearing to sign off on a Serious Crime Prevention order. However, he signed off on the wrong document—the draft—instead of the agreed draft we had discussed. This unique error left me without internet access for five years, only to be discovered later. When rectifying his mistake in the high court, Poulier requested £4,000, even though it was his fault.

Ultimately, the change was made at the high court for free, but it took an entire year and countless follow-ups to resolve. If you ever encounter Sean Poulier or are offered his services, I strongly advise against it. It appears to be a profit-driven scheme, benefiting only the solicitor, while you receive subpar and inadequate legal advice.

At no point did Sean Poulier deserve the title of a legal advocate. Descriptions of him as a very good lawyer or highly respected are absurd. He lacked a fundamental understanding of legal arguments and seemed more interested in discussing himself and Joseph Hills Partnership, boasting about his future ownership.

Words cannot adequately convey the frustration of dealing with Sean Poulier. I hope this review serves as a warning to others, as Sean appears to be the star lawyer for Joseph Hill's practice.

Oops, did I say lawyer? I meant legal advocate. A legal advocate should not even be considered for a bail application, let alone a significant criminal case.

I was accused of something I didn’t do , I walked into the office of Joseph hill , the chap at the desk was extremely polite ,
I explained my situation and was introduced to Pheadon ( my solicitor) I cannot praise this man enough , it took 9 months to clear my name
I literally live five mins away and would pop In regularly for updates , Pheadon would always have time to speak to me and reassure me the best anyone could ,
If anyone reading this needs a solicitor Pheadon is the man ,
