We have sold a number of houses in the past and this was by far the most stress free experience we’ve had. Our solicitor was keeping us in the loop and replying to the buyer solicitor on the same day, having consultant us. This was very efficient and took the stress of not feeling in control away. It’s a long process and knowing that someone is chasing and working for your best interests is a relief that isn’t common in our experience.
