Landlord Issues
I approached Lisa Pharaoh seeking her advise on certain issues I had with my landlord not fulfilling is obligations as agreed in the Lease Agreement. We started by setting up a Right to Manage Company, this was completed within a few months, after which we made a claim to recover the landlords contribution to the Building insurance and property maintenance.
