This has been complex because we have three adult children and wished to ensure that they all had equal input and fully understood their potential duties. My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Judith Chesters at Evolve Family Law to update our wills and create Lasting Powers of Attorney. The LPAs covered both financial and health subjects. In a very professional but friendly manner, Judith steered us through the many options for both the wills and LPA documents and we feel very comfortable that the final documents will serve our family well, as and when they are needed. (Hopefully not too soon). We decided to use Evolve Family Law as they are local to us in Holmes Chapel and our previous lawyers, who were based in Knutsford, had moved to Manchester without telling us. We looked at a few different law firms in the local area and decided that Evolve had the right approach at an acceptable cost. Glad to say that in practice, our decision was correct.
