Jardine is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives having qualified and being admitted in January 2012. Jardine works within the Private Client department and deals with Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, and Conveyancing. Jardine joined Howe and Spender in 2006 after completing her Law Degree at Swansea University, initially as an administrative assistant. Jardine then developed her career as a Lawyer by undertaking the CILEx Graduate Diploma (Level 6 Diploma in Legal Practice) studying part time at Bridgend College, and Qualifying in 2012 as a Chartered Legal Executive. Jardine became a Partner in July 2021 and was the first Legal Executive appointment as Partner at the Firm. She is also authorised to exercise the Powers of a Commissioner for Oaths. Outside of work Jardine has 3 young children who keep her busy and she loves walking and adventures with her children and her dog.

The best solicitors we have ever used

Sale and Purchase Experience

Sale of late aunts property. Mrs Muriel Heap
This process was as straightforward as it could have been under the circumstances. Howe and spender were also dealing with my aunty's estate as a separate issue and sometimes it all seemed quite overwhelming but I always found Jardine to have an excellent balance between being professional and friendly. She talked us through every stage, dealt with the land of the registry issue really promptly and kept us informed at every step. She replied promptly and effectively to all emails and was also easily accessible by phone. Thank you, Jardine.

PENYCAE SALE
We had several issues with the purchaser which made this sale much more difficult than it needed to be. Jardine advised us on what action to take and made the whole process a lot smoother for us. Her conveyancing knowledge was exceptional and her reassurance throughout made the whole process much easier for us all.
