Outstanding Service. Cannot Recommend Highly Enough I want to share my sincere thanks to Touchwood Solicitors for the wonderful way they handled my late father’s probate. Our case was far from straightforward. My father had left shares with very little paperwork, and to make things more complex, both the name and address listed on the shares documents differed from those we had on record. My father later had used his middle name as his main surname and had previously used the family name which was on the old paperwork. It would have been so easy for things to become tangled and stressful. Instead, the team at Touchwood handled everything with the utmost courtesy, care and efficiency. They took all the difficulty and worry away, guiding us through every complication with patience and professionalism. Probate is an incredibly emotional and stressful time , and it feels deeply unfair when the burden falls heavily on one person in the family to sort everything out, the regular update phone calls and handling, form filling was proving too much. Touchwood understood this completely. They stepped in, took the weight from our shoulders, and made sure we did not have to carry that stress alone. Most importantly, they successfully recovered every single penny that was due to my mother down to the very last penny. This was the final gift my father left for her. Touchwood made sure it reached her in full. I am certain that had we gone through an intermediary company, we would have lost significant amounts in commission, but Touchwood delivered everything fairly and completely. They have done a marvellous job, and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. I would also recommend that our community makes a Will as a priority. Great service from start to finish once again. Ive always used this firm when purchasing auction properties, and each time everything was explained clearly throughout the process, which made what could have been stressful purchases much easier. Nadeem always made himself available and accessible, and was always happy to answer any questions. When issues arose during the process such as delays by the Bank he dealt with them promptly and still tried to keep everything moving smoothly showing great flexibility.
