Melissa, Sharon and the team at MSD law are a great conveyancing firm. They managed a difficult house sale for myself in which everything that could have gone wrong went wrong!

The solicitor dealt with enquiries in a timely manner and we always felt we had direct access and prompt responses. Legal terminology was well explained in payments terms when required.

Why go anywhere else!!
I would highly recommend MSD Law and Sharon to anyone working on a property purchase. Sharon was thorough, knowledgeable, and diligent throughout, and had great judgment and clarity in explaining parts of the process that were new, complex, or counter intuitive. As we had 2 properties is was sometimes challenging however, Sharon made the process so much easier for us to deal with. MSD Law services are also very fairly and transparently priced. Thank you!

Great experience with Sharon Petford
I had the pleasure of having Sharon represent me when I purchased my first flat in London. Not being a UK native, navigating an unfamiliar home buying process was daunting. Sharon took the time to explain things to me and answer my many questions without hesitation. Her attention to detail and commitment to me as her client was evident as we went through the process, which became complicated as the seller became difficult to work with - Sharon always had my best interests in mind and did everything she could to ensure that I was set up for success after purchasing my flat, however complicated the situation became.
