House Boundary dispute resolved
Dealt with Simon Foxcroft from Photiades Solicitors in St Albans Herts for a house boundary dispute with new neighbours. He was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and efficient. He was also friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We communicated with each other mostly by email. We were very pleased with his efforts, empathy, advice, understanding and support in resolving the matter over a period of 4 months. He was also very meticulous and articulate in his calls/letters/emails. It all finally resulted in an amicable resolution between both parties, after several letters and then a site visit with us and the other party concerned. He finally complied a boundary agreement which was drawn up by him to send off to Land Registry. We highly recommend him. Thank you so much Simon for everything. It was a very stressful time. Ps - The accounts dept could’ve been more organised and efficient when settling payments by phone.
