Outstanding handling of a ‘totting up‘ speeding situation by Rob Pollington
Rob Pollington was recommended to me to handle a very unfortunate totting up speeding situation which brought about a court summons; the potential outcome for this being disqualification for six months, which terrified me. From the start Rob was reassuring, compassionate and handled the whole situation with empathy and professionalism making a huge difference to my perspective of the matter. To make things wholly more complicated another incident occurred in the lead up to the case; very tearful phone call to Rob followed where I was assured everything would still be done to address all the offences as a whole, in order to give the best chance of a positive outcome. Robs knowledge of motoring law is absolutely second to none. The considerable time he spent preparing for my case was seriously impressive, meaning that absolutely no stone was left unturned. I arrived on the day fully briefed and ready to go with as much supporting documentation that we could possibly have put together. Mr Pollington’s approach to a particularly sensitive and personal case was absolutely second to none. It was also evident that Rob has an amazing rapport with everyone in and around the court and is very highly thought of by all, something which I am sure helped in securing the positive outcome he achieved on my behalf. I am absolutely convinced that things would have turned out very differently for me if Rob had not stepped in and taken over.
