I was impressed from start to finish by the professionalism, kindness and attention to detail shown by all staff that I dealt with. Nicola and Jo in particular made a potentially sad task very easy and the expediency shown was commendable. Updating my will was long overdue and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

My experience was a bit fustrating and long winded due to my aunt leaving money to charities. not WGA fault, And registering a lasting power of attorney with the courts taking their time.
I wish a special thanks to Diane Hewitt for her legal advice and help when my aunt first went into a home and we had to sell her bunglow. Approx. start date 6/05/2021 till 16/10/2023
