Fantastic service, especially from Julie in the Burntisland office. She acted for my Parents in purchasing their property - communication was excellent, and Julie was always very quick to respond to any queries we had. We would have no hesitation in using W&AS Bruce again, or recommending them to others (which we have already done).

Excellent customer service
I can honestly say that Julie and her colleagues were excellent and dealt with a really complex and difficult experience for them as well as myself. Any queries I had were dealt with either immediately or I was phoned back the same day as they promised. No praise I can give is too high. Many, many thanks.

Review for Julie
Julie just helped me with all the legal work for selling my first place (she done all the legal stuff when I bought this as well) and buying my second place. For all these occasions she was great! Nothing was a big drama and she is good at making the legal stuff less intimidating - especially when you have no idea what half of it means. My plan is to use Julie for the rest of my days buying and selling until I’m in a care home.

Excellet Service- Sale of Home
Overall excellent service from start to finish, solicitors very helpful and have provided support throughout my house sale! They explained things in simple terms and made things easy when it came to completing all the paperwork. Always came back to any questions or queries within a timely manner. Cant thank all at W&AS Bruce LLP for everything throughout and I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to sell a home or for family law circumstances too.

Brilliant experience from start to finish
Julie has been exceptional - knowledgeable, experienced, skilled, friendly, approachable and has genuinely taken the stress out of the conveyancing part of buying and selling houses as we have been able to trust her explicitly. Can’t recommend highly enough.
