Non is an Associate in Darwin Gray’s award- winning Commercial Property team and deals with all aspect of commercial property work including acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property, refinancing matters, assisting with new development site set- ups and residential plot sales. Non has several years’ experience in residential property and has also acted for several large development companies in their disposals of new build properties and acquisitions of part exchange properties, prior to joining Darwin Gray in September 2024. Non in based in our Cardiff office and is a fluent Welsh speaker.
