When our aunt died intestate, my brother and I didn't know where to turn. After some research, we decided to go with Nick O'Sullivan, and we are so happy that we did. I was very anxious about being overseas, but Nick made the process as easy as possible and we felt like we understood what was going on at all times. He was always quick to respond when we had questions or needed anything. Nick made a difficult process at a difficult time as easy and stress-free as possible. I would highly recommend him.

We found Nick at Darwin Gray excellent. The communication was especially good - we had a number of small questions regarding the setting up of the Deed which generated a number of emails back and forth. Having used Darwin Gray on a number of insolvency related issues I have always found Kate and her team to be extremely professional, and able to provide very clear advice. They will always look to find a solution without the need (if possible) to resort to litigation in order to keep costs down and maximise recoveries for the estate.
