Settlement Agreement
All good other than not necessarily feeling like my questions about whether I had grounds to counter for a larger sum weren’t really acknowledged and response was limited to how much it would cost for them to even look at it which came across as being said to put me off which I felt was a little unfair as I had provided quite a bit of info, that could have quickly been read and perhaps given a tentative yes or no.

Review Employment Settlement Agreement
I chose McCabe & Co as they were in the top 5 empoyment lawyers in the South West. The service they provided was professional and within the timescale I required. As the settlement agreement was reasonable to start with, nothing further than the agreed charge that my employer was offering for the provision of legal advice about the agreement was required. Should I have anyone request a recommendation for an employment lawyer, I would not hesitate in recommending McCabe & Co.

Excellent Service
Had to engage a solicitor for my redundancy process.
