    My experience was very positive. Fflur was utterly professional and set out my options with clarity and at pace. Ms Jones is excellent at converting legal terms into lay language and was very fair and pragmatic in relation to what was realistically achievable. To that end we were able to negotiate, navigate towards, and achieve a very satisfactory financial 'and psychological' outcome.     I contacted Fflur Jones as I believed that I had a strong case regarding an employment matter. Fflur Jones responded immediately for an initial discussion that was informative, thorough and set my mind at ease. Throughout my dealings with Fflur Jones and Darwin Gray, there has been nothing but professionalism and excellent work on my behalf in what was a complex case. It was a pleasure to be able to be represented by them through the medium of Welsh, as this enabled prompt and effective work on my behalf as the case and documentation were in Welsh.
