The advice I have been given for my dispute has been carefully handled by Partner Owen John and more recently Associate Nicole Brendel. I have found Nicole to be clear in her answers to my many questions. Through the work that she and Owen have done I have been able to navigate through to successfully lodge my claim in a way that I believe to be the best it can be so far.
