I used Lyons Bowe for conveyancing which was completed by Molly Donohoe who was absolutely outstanding. We were working with a tight deadline of 8 weeks and Molly did everything she could to make it happen, and completed in 7 weeks!! Molly’s communication was speedy, effective and all interaction was meaningful. On top of this, Molly is lovely, she is so kind and respectful. I would definitely use Molly again and recommend her to anyone needing conveyancing.

Game changer for conveyancing!
This company was an absolute game changer for conveyancing. I have bought and sold several times, and every time has been so stressful to the point I was in dispute with my last solicitor as they underpaid the balance on my mortgage. Lyons Bowe took the stress out of everything! The app is fantastic, meaning you can upload (almost) all documents apart from the contracts and form fill online. Molly and Neel were amazing to deal with, they make a point of contacting you every week, even if there is no update, to check in. If something needs doing you are prompted by the app and if you miss it they are on the phone ensuring it's picked up quickly. Makes a nice change to be chased by your solicitor rather than endlessly chasing them! Couldn't recommend them more.

Molly is a Excellent solicitor she worked really hard in selling and purchasing a property for me, kept me informed at every stage, the whole team worked together well at every stage would highly recommend.

Our experience with Lyons Bowes has been fantastic, as first-time buyers we had lots of questions which were always answered promptly and all email exchanges were polite and professional. We thought the app was helpful in keeping us well informed of our progress. We would 100% recommend Lyons Bowes as they are a reliable, professional and helpful solicitor. Apartment sale
Beth was the closing solicitor and was very pleasant. Before her a lot of the work was done by Molly Donohoe and I found her very helpful and reassuring when I was having hassle with getting the deal over the line.

Very diligent and a pleasure to deal with
I primarily dealt with Molly, and latterly Josie, during my sale and purchase.
They were both very knowledgeable, and diligent, making things as simple as possible. Both were a pleasure to deal with.
Molly, in particular, was very proactive when dealing with difficulties arising from buyers' and sellers' solicitors during searches and surveys. She consistently gave sensible, pragmatic advice throughout the process.
I would definitely use Lyons Bowe again.

So far, so good
We are not yet at exchange, but I have been really impressed with the team so far. Both Molly & Maisie have been so efficient, I’ve not had to chase at all everyone is so proactive.
