Would highly recommend Team Tracy for conveyancing. They dealt with our purchase in 2015 and our sale and purchase this year during the covid-19 pandemic. They are highly professional and got back to any enquiries we had quickly. They kept us informed throughout the process and ensured that we could move as soon as lockdown restrictions were eased. We wouldn't hesitate to use their team again for any future moves.

Team Tracy have handled two house sales and one house purchase on my behalf. Both Katherine Proctor and Tracy Wray in conveyancy were excellent keeping us fully informed of progress which was especially important as we live 200 miles away.
