Wills and Probate Executive

Kirsty is an experienced wills and probate executive who joined the firm from another local practice in 2021. She covers a wide range of work. This includes advising in relation to and drafting wills, lasting powers of attorney, obtaining probate and work relating to the administration of an estate as well as court of protection work. Kirsty enjoys the diversity of work in the department. Kirsty is particularly keen to ensure that each and every one of the firm’s clients receives excellent care. She is approachable and helpful and where necessary will also carry out home visits. Although Kirsty has built up a significant level of experience in her specialist field, she is also conscientiously keeping up with obtaining relevant legal qualifications and is well on her way to achieving a level 3 certificate from the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Outside work, Kirsty enjoys looking after her horse, “Prince”, and she has been a keen horse rider since childhood.
