Extremely Disappointed with Lack of Professionalism and Accountability
I regret to say that my experience with Clive Rees & Associates has been deeply disappointing. After being found not guilty in court, the court ruled that my legal costs were to be reimbursed in full. Lucie was responsible for facilitating this reimbursement, yet months have passed, and I have received neither the funds nor a clear explanation for the delay. Despite numerous phone calls, emails, and even in-person visits, Lucie has failed to provide any meaningful updates or action. My attempts to get clarity have been met with evasive responses and false promises, leaving me feeling frustrated and neglected. This lack of professionalism and communication has caused significant financial inconvenience and stress. As a client, I expected integrity, diligence, and timely resolution—basic tenets of legal representation. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. I cannot recommend Clive Rees & Associates to anyone seeking reliable legal support. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for Clive Rees & Associates to improve their client care standards in the future.
