I've recently used Osbornes for my home purchase and an equity transfer. Rachael was fantastic all the way through, keeping me informed and up to speed as to the purchase progress. It took a long time until completion due to some complexities but Rachel ensured every single issue was resolved for us. Overall Rachael was helpful, responsive and nice to deal with.
